Join the fun with Jedi Knight Training at the Disneyland® Resort!

Disney has released some details on some of the new merchandise for the new Jedi Training Academy:

Padawans, use the force and transform into a master Jedi Knight! As soon as you step into Tomorrowland, kick it into light speed as you make your way to Star Trader to pick up all the essentials needed to fight off Darth Vader or any other bounty hunters you might find lurking in corners of the galaxy. I have a few Jedi tips to help you on your way.

The first step to becoming a Jedi is to pick a robe that best fits you. Trip during battle, you will not.

Next, choose your lightsaber or be creative and build your own!

Special tip: You can build a single saber or be wise and build a double saber at the Build-Your-Own-Lightsaber station inside Star Trader.

If you don’t want to look like a scruffy-looking Nerf herder, the CP3O earhat is for you! If you’re looking for a bit of Jedi wisdom: this Yoda backpack, you need. Other great finds include a Chewbacca backpack and R2D2 glow spinner for protection.

Once young Padawans have all the switches in place it’s time to suit up and get ready for Jedi Training Academy in Tomorrowland Terrace. Everyday Darth Vader challenges Jedi trainees to fight against him. If you defeat him, you pass training and become a true Jedi!
