John Vignocchi just had a 7 minute segment live on IGN at San Diego Comic Con showing off Disney Infinity 3.0. JV brought along Hulk Buster and Ultron and showed some cool gameplay footage of both of them. He also showed the intro to the Rise against the Empire playset. A few things mentioned during the interview that are worth noting…
- Release date of the game is Aug. 30th in the US and Aug. 28th in the UK.
- JV said that the episode 7 playset will be dropped in conjunction with the film.
- Lion King is on their minds and they are looking into doing quadruped characters.
- “We’ve announced our “first” four Rebeles figures….” was said again.
