Toy Story Mania Third Track Coming Sooner Than Expected

Earlier this year, Disney announced they would be expanding Toy Story Mania at Walt Disney World’s Hollywood Studios to include a third track. This expansion was originally slated to be completed by late 2016 and since then, at the D23 Expo in August, Disney announced that Toy Story Land would also be coming to the park in the future.

It appears as if the third track could be open to the public much sooner as WDWMagic is reporting that this might be opening up by the end of the year. The reason it might be opening slightly earlier than announced, is that the attraction will be going through another confirmation with the opening of Toy Story Land, with the entrance being re-routed into that area.

Disney haven’t confirmed that the third track will be open this year, but with the popularity of the attraction, easing the amount of time guests spend in the queue, it can’t come soon enough.
