Possible Star Wars Land Layout At Disneyland

As work gets underway of the new Star Wars Land at Disneyland, many people are wondering how the new park will look and recently MiceAge posted a proposed map with details on the upcoming expansion.

According to these unconfirmed reports, there will be 3 attractions, Battle Escape and the Millennium Falcon, with a third coming in a later expansion.  The Battle Escape attraction is taking up a larger space than the entire Toon Town.

There will be three different entrances into the land and one will feature Poe Dameron’s black X-wing fighter. There will also be a life size version of the Millennium Falcon as one of the major landmarks of the area.

Characters and creatures from Star Wars: Episode VIII and existing movies will also be featured in the park and there will be a village area in the middle with shops and food outlets.

Disney want the area to have a similar feel to Cars Land with guests getting that “wow” moment when they walk in.  With guests not being able to see the area outside of the land.

Imagineers apparently loved the script for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story wanted to have one of the rides featuring a sequence from the upcoming film according to Disney blogger Jim Hill. Howeaver most of the concept art has been focused on the new trilogy and wanting to tie in with that.
