More Star Wars On The Horizon?

The Star Wars galaxy looks like it is about to expand, or most likely, burst wide open. According to digitalspy.com, the Star Wars producers are plotting out five more films in addition to the four already confirmed. Some of the ideas being floated around are solo movies for new and legacy characters including Mace Windu played by Samuel L. Jackson.

Disney chairman Bob Iger has previously confirmed that Episode IX will not be the last Star Wars movie and Star Wars: The Force Awakens director J.J. Abrams has said “There are some really cool things being discussed. It is very exciting to see how it is being put together.”

With over a hundred titles in the Star Wars literary galaxy there will be no shortage of materials to work with.

The next Star Wars film to be released is Rogue One on Dec, 16th 2016. Followed by a Episode VIII in 2017, a Han Solo movie in 2018, and Episode IX in 2019.
