Mezco One:12 Marvel Update: Pre-Order Cap, Preview of New Additions

Who here is all hyped up on the newest Captain America: Civil War trailer? Our friends over at Mezco Toyz are, especially since 2016 sees the launch of the One:12 Collective Marvel Universe line. We first got a glimpse of the line back at Mezco’s Toy Fair Preview Day for media. The first looks of the line shows the inclusion of The Punisher, Daredevil, and two versions of Captain America. This week, more details were announced for the release of the comic book version of The First Avenger.

Vowing to serve his country any way he could, young Steve Rogers took the super soldier serum to become America’s one-man army. Fighting for the red, white, and blue for over 60 years, Captain America is the living, breathing symbol of freedom and liberty.

Meticulously developed to capture Captain America’s modern heroic look, this One:12 Collective figure is the first of our Marvel Universe line up. Featuring over 32 points of articulation, intricate sculptural work, incredible costume detailing, and tons of accessories, the final product creates an iconic vision with a “real world” look.

Having seen how detailed this line can be, down to the fabric clothing and hyper-articulated joints, I know that a lot of collectors are already looking at the One:12 Collective as a whole to be a go-to collectible for the serious fan. Yes, the price tag is a little on the higher side. However, I do feel like the value is there for what you get, and each piece I have seen so far in the line, from prototype to final production, have been well crafted. Mezco knows what they are doing with this one.
