Will Wolverine 3 Introduce Us To A New Wolverine?

If you aren’t up to date with Marvel comics lore then you may not know that A) Wolverine died back in 2014, and B) There is an all-new Wolverine. Yes, you read correctly. The Wolverine that we all know and love died in the 2014 Death of Wolverine story line that had him lose his mutant healing factor from a virus obtained from the microverse.

In the aftermath Laura Kinney aka X-23, who is a female clone of Logan, inherits the title of the All-New Wolverine. According to Superherohype.com, rumors are swirling that Laura Kinney will be introduced in Wolverine 3. If this rumor proves to be true does this mean we will be seeing the Death of Wolverine played out on the big screen? Hugh Jackman has already confirmed he will be hanging up his claws and introducing the very popular X-23 is a way for the Wolverine franchise to continue.

Wolverine is expected to arrive in theaters on March 3rd, 2017 with Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, and Patrick Stewart as Professor X.
