Disney Springs Amorette’s Patisserie To Open May 15th

Amorette’s Patisserie could honestly be called and edible art gallery. They are just beautiful and would almost be a sin to eat as they are just amazing pieces of art!

To add to the sophistication guests can watch pastry chefs decorate signature cakes in the on-stage finishing kitchen. Even the beautiful boutique-style packaging, inspired by old-fashioned hatboxes will immerse every guest not the wonderful experience that only Disney can create!

The story behind the bakery, according to Disney is that Amorette’s Patisserie which in French means “little Love” was established as one of the first shops in the Town Center (circa 1900’s) shares a long family history being passed down from generation to generation with the current generation of sisters Kara and Sara pour their love and artistic care into designing and creating these amazing pieces of art.

Guest can choose from contemporary to classic cake and pastries from New York-Style cheesecake to Sacher torte. There will be gluten friendly cakes on the menu as well!

There’s the Amorette’s Signature Cake with is beautifully decorated with 10, yes 10 layers of delectable flavors and textures.

Also featured will be a few delectable beverages to choose from. There will be Champagne or sparkling wine to enjoy with your pastries. You can indulge in a decadent Amorette’s Hot Chocolate Ganache, a cupful of spiel chocolate with Chantilly and shaved Dark chocolate on top. But sometimes a simple glass of cold milk, coffee or tea is just the right compliment to you favorite dessert.
