Marvel Ultimate Alliance 1 & 2 Coming To Consoles & PC This July
Recently we have been discovering many signs that Marvel was set to re-release Ultimate Alliance 1 & 2 on Xbox One and PS4, and today Marvel has confirmed during San Diego Comic Con that both games will be available on Tuesday July 26th 2016. They will be released individually for $39.99 each or as a bundle together for $59.99. It will be released on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and on PC, and it looks like these will be a digital only release.
The games have been upgraded for the new platforms, with a better performance, plus some UI and graphic enhancements. Marvel Ultimate Alliance has a single player mode, plus online and local co-op play.
Marvel.com spoke with Mike Jones who is the executive producer for the re-releases and said “Well, “Marvel Ultimate Alliance” is one of the most celebrated game franchises in Marvel’s history. It started back in 2006 as the successor to the X-Men Legends series, which was developed by Raven Software. But the Ultimate Alliance games went beyond just the X-Men and brought together Super Heroes from all over the Marvel Universe in an epic action RPG game experience with a huge focus on cooperative play. An “Ultimate Alliance” if you will. [Laughs]”
