“Elena Of Avalor” Renewed For Second Season

It looks like Disney’s new Princess “Elena Of Avalor”, which launched in July on the Disney channel and Disney Junior, is already a big hit as Disney have confirmed it will be back for a second season.

“It’s just a few weeks into the launch of ‘Elena of Avalor’ and we are already seeing what an impact and connection she is making with kids and families. We’re eager to make sure that we will have many new stories of bravery, adventure and leadership for our audience to enjoy and are delighted to begin production on our second season and continue to find ways for her story to be heard both on and off screen,” said Nancy Kanter, executive vice president and general manager of Disney Junior Worldwide.

Disney have released a wide selection of merchandise featuring the first Disney Latino Princess and have brought the character to Walt Disney World this week, plus Elena will be heading to Disneyland soon.
