The Secret Of Monkey Island Included In November’s Xbox Games With Gold

Xbox Games With Gold members will get the Xbox 360 version of “The Secret Of Monkey Island: Special Edition” in November, on both the Xbox 360 and Xbox One via backwards compatibility.  This game is available from November 1st until the 15th.  This Lucasfilm game was originally released in 1990 on the Amiga, MS-DOS, Atari ST and Macintosh platforms.  It wasn’t later remastered for the Xbox 360 and PS3, and was included in the list of franchises purchased by Disney, when they purchased LucasFilm.

On Xbox One, Xbox Live Gold members can download Super Dungeon Bros ($19.99 ERP) for free during the month of November. Murdered: Soul Suspect ($19.99 ERP) will be available as a free download from November 16th to December 15th.

On Xbox 360, starting Tuesday, November 1st, Monkey Island: SE ($9.99 ERP) will be free for Xbox Live Gold members through November 15th. Then on November 16th, Xbox Live Gold Members can download Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon ($14.99 ERP) for free through November 30th.
