Carthay Circle Restaurant Offering Special Holiday Menu

Carthay Circle Restaurant in Disney California Adventure park is always popular due to its reflection of glamour of the Hollywood Golden age and its california themed menu. They have unveiled a special seasonal menu for the holiday season but you can still find regular favorites of the restaurant available as well!

The Chili Relleno “Open Face” with crispy duck confit, Butternut Squash and prickly pear vinaigrette will be on both the dinner and lunch menus. There will also be a scrumptious Chilled “Del Pacifico” shrimp on hot gorditas with avacado and mango-habanero vinaigrette. You can even indulge in the Roasted Parsnip Chestnut Soup!

Guests will fall in love with the King Salmon served with coconut red rice and a mint and golden bell pepper miso lime broth. For dinner, enjoy a Crispy Buttermilk fried Quail with cranberry bean salad, kale pecan pesto and and a blood orange sauce. Or try a leg of lamb or prime rib, rounding our the seasonal menu!
