Disney CEO Bob Iger Takes A Pay Cut
Walt Disney’s Chief Operating Officer, Bob Iger, has had a pay cut, down about a $1 million less than last year, according to a public filing on Friday. However his pay is still $43.9 million, which is based on a base salary of $2.5 million, stock awards and options worth $17.2 million and a $20 million incentive plan payment.
It was also revealed that Disney’s former Chief Operating Officer, Tom Staggs, received total compensation of $15.6 million in 2016, despite leaving the company in April. While other executives including Alan Braverman taking $11.1 million, chief strategy officer Kevin Mayer taking home $10.1 million and Christine McCarthy made $10.2 million.
