Eidos Working On Marvel’s Guardians Of The Galaxy Video Game

Last week, Marvel and Square Enix announced they have agreed a deal for a multiple video games, one of which was a Avengers title.  It is now being reported that one of the other games that Square Enix will be working on, is one based on the Guardians of the Galaxy, and it will be developed by Eidos Montreal, who are a Square Enix-owned Canadian studio, who are best known for developing Deus Ex: Human Revolution.  The studio is currently also working on Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

Not too much is known about this new Guardians of the Galaxy game, such as release date or style of gameplay.  We’ve already seen a Guardians of the Galaxy game added to Disney Infinity 2.0 and TellTale are set to release a Guardians of the Galaxy game later this summer, around the time the second movie is in theatres.
