New Virtual Queues Being Tested At Typhoon Lagoon & Blizzard Beach

Disney are looking to improve guests experiences at their Walt Disney World water parks, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, by conducting some virtual line queue testing on some of their attractions from March 28th to April 7th 2017.

The new virtual queues will let guests hold a place in line, without the need to wait in line and can enjoy other services, such as splashing around in the wave pool or enjoying the lazy river,

 

There will be three attractions at Blizzard Beach included in the test, Downhill Double Dipper, Slush Gusher and Summit Plummet and the new Miss Adventure Falls attraction at Typhoon Lagoon is also included.  This following recent announcements that Universal Studios new water park, Volcano Bay will be using similar technology.
