Disney Comics IDW July 2017 Solicitations

July will be an exciting month for Disney fans as two new series join the ever growing list of IDW published Disney comics, first up is Duck Tales, based on the upcoming animated series which will feature stunning artwork from the artists at Disney Italia. Next up is a graphic novel based on the Tangled animated series featuring several new stories.
In terms of returning classics, Scrooge is once again after the treasure map bug but danger is looming nearby as the villainous Beagle Boys might have the lead this time around in Uncle Scrooge #28. Donald is once again involved in some TNT shenanigans in the next larger than usual issue of Walt Disney Comics and Stories. In terms of trades, we have the Darkenblot epic saga in one collection.
Finally, its Christmas in July as the rare Disney Christmas newspaper strip finally gets a long awaited release in September’s Walt Disney Christmas Classics. If you can’t wait, one of its stories is included in the Disney Princess Comics Collection from Joe Books for a little sneak peek.
