Interior Wine Bar George Concept Art Released

Disney have released some concept art for the interior of the Wine Bay George, which is the newest addition coming to Disney Springs in late 2017.

Master Sommelier George Miliotes will be a “comfortable-yet-lively environment that’s reminiscent of a renovated winery.” The design for the 6,000-square-foot space features wood ceilings, concrete floors, warm lighting and a welcoming atmosphere.

“Guests will experience a feel reminiscent of the ‘Old World’ as if they are on the bottom floor of a gravity-flow winery surrounded by their best friends,” explains Miliotes. The space includes a center bar on the first floor, seating for groups of all sizes and chalkboards displaying menu details.

“We’ll offer a number of ways to experience and explore wine.  My hope is that Wine Bar George will cater to wine connoisseurs and novices alike,” says Miliotes. “We’ll change our offerings as ingredients come into their prime,” he explains.

“Good wine and good food go together,” says Miliotes. “At Wine Bar George guests can enjoy the trifecta: exceptional food, renowned wines and as much wine knowledge as they wish.”

It’s great to see new additions to Disney Springs and offering guests different experiences, not everyone wants big franchised themed bars and this brings a different style for those guests who enjoy Wine.
