Thor: Ragnarok Smashes Its Way To The Top Of The Global Box Office

As expected, the latest Marvel movie, Thor: Ragnarok has stormed to the top of the global box office.  Today ComScore announced the official worldwide weekend box office estimates for the weekend of October 29, 2017, with comScore’s Senior Media Analyst Paul Dergarabedian commented, “Disney/Marvel’s ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ ahead of its North American debut later this week, hammered the global competition taking in a whopping $107.6 million while posting the highest October opening weekend ever in many markets and setting the stage for a terrific overall performance in the coming weeks.”

Coco has also made it into the top 10 with its release in Mexico, though that movie will open later in November in the US and next year in other territories.
