Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster To Become A Marvel Rollercoaster At Walt Disney Studios

This past weekend at the D23 Expo in Japan, it was announced that the Aerosmith Rock and Roller Coaster in the Walt Disney Studios theme park at the Disneyland Paris resort, would be closing down and completely reimagined into a new Marvel-themed attraction where riders will team up with Iron Man and their favorite Avengers on a high-speed, hyper-kinetic adventure.

The addition of the new attraction provides a permanent presence of Marvel making this Park even more of a must-do for guests.

This new addition should also bring with it a re-theming of the retail shop which guests exit the attraction from, currently its a Aerosmith / Music themed store, so it would make sense that the exit from the new Avengers Rollercoaster would be into a Marvel themed store with lots of great merchandise.  I’d also expect the store to increase in size, since its currently not that big.
