LEGO Star Wars Imperial Shuttle Pilot Polybag Review

Issue 32 of the LEGO Star Wars magazine in the UK comes with a small polybag with a Imperial Shuttle Pilot minifigure included in the price.  The magazine is priced at £4.99 and is full of Star Wars LEGO themed goodies including a couple of comic strips, puzzles, posters plus a look at different Star Wars themed LEGO sets.

The magazine itself is a fun little read for younger LEGO fans, which is the target audience for this product.  However the minifigure does make it a little more appealing for adult collectors who want to pick up the minifigure.

The polybag contains legs, torso, head, hat and gun.

This Imperial Shuttle Pilot has previously been released in the Krennic’s Imperial Shuttle Microfighter (75163) set, which was released at the end of 2016 as part of the Rogue One: A Star Wars Story line.

OVERALL:

For £4.99, this magazine does offer a decent offering, especially if you take off the price of a typical minifigure, such as the recent Batman miniseries, which are usually around £3.  The minifigure is a easy way of building an Imperial Army, which if your a kid, you can never have enough and for adults displaying their collections, this is an easy way of obtaining this figure.  However if your only after the minifigure, it might be cheaper to go for the Krennic’s Imperial Shuttle Microfighter (75163) set, since that’s only a few pound more and you get the ship as well.
