Fox Trademarks Alien: Blackout Video Game

A new video game based on the 21st Century Fox Aliens franchise looks to be coming soon as a new trademark for “Alien: Blackout” has been discovered.

The trademark was registered by 20th Century Fox at the European Union Intellectual Property Office, where is specifically claims it will be used for game software and “on-line computer games.”

The Twitter accounts @AlienBlackout and @Alien_Blackout have been discovered. Both were created in September.

FoxNext have purchased many different gaming studios recently including Cold Iron Studios and Cryptic Studios.

Many are expecting the game to be revealed at the Game Awards, which takes place on December 6th.
