Review: Hoth Leia Star Wars Back Series Action Figure

For today’s review, I take a closer look at the Princess Leia Hoth 6″ action figure from Hasbro’s Star Wars Black Series line. The Black Series is the premiere action figure line for the Star Wars franchise, and features realistic looking sculpts, multiple points of articulation, and high levels of detail. As many of you know, the late Carrie Fisher portrayed Princess Leia Organa in the movies, and this action figure has an amazing likeness to her. Here is a closer look.

 

The detail work on this version of Leia is amazing. It really does look like Carrie, and the work on her hair and clothing is spot on.

Numbered 75 in the series, Leia comes with a few accessories: goggles, welder,and blaster.

 

While I do not have an extensive collection of Black Series figures, I did decide to add this to my Star Wars collection because Leia is one of my all-time favorite characters in the Star Wars universe, and The Empire Strikes Back (the film that this version of Leia is in) is probably the best film in the series.
