Toy Story Drop Pop Up Experience Opens At Disney Springs

Today, Disney opened up unique pop-up experience at Disney Springs featuring Toy Story Drop!, a new mobile game fully themed in the Toy Story universe. Toy Story Drop! was created by Big Fish Games in collaboration with the Disney and Pixar Games team.

For a limited time throughout the summer, Disney Springs guests will have the opportunity to play the game for free and learn how to take the world of Toy Story with them anywhere, anytime. Plus, this pop-up experience located near Paddlefish will feature photo opportunities with The Claw and a free limited-edition Toy Story Drop! pop socket for guests who visit, while supplies last.

June 11th grand opening festivities and photo opportunities include:

6:30 am Guinness Book of World Records will be on hand to count the World’s Largest Collection of Toy Story Memorabilia involving 11K+ little green men and green army men. Toys will be removed after the official count and donated to a local nonprofit.

7:30, begins the official ribbon-cutting with Disney Springs and Big Fish executives—with a special guest appearance. Please note that the toys will be removed by the time of this portion of the event.

Toy Story Drop! is available now for iOS, Google Play and Amazon. Players progress through gameplay by matching, dropping and clearing hundreds of exciting puzzles to help favorite characters like Woody and Buzz Lightyear overcome larger-than-life obstacles as they journey across iconic locations such as Andy’s Room and Pizza Planet. The new game will include characters, friendships, locations, environments and motifs from the entire Toy Story universe, including Toy Story 4, which opens in theaters June 21.
