Pop! Review: Hocus Pocus Sanderson Sisters (Wave 2)

October is in full swing, and with it comes the unofficially start of the Halloween Season. One of the fan favorite movies this season is Hocus Pocus, which celebrated it’s 25th Anniversary last year. Also last year, Spirit Halloween released an exclusive set of Funko Pop! Vinyls, one of each of the three Sanderson Sisters. This year, a retail wide release of a second wave of Sanderson Sisters Pop! Vinyls has been released. Let’s check them out.

Sarah Sanderson has just found a spider, one of her favorite snacks in the movie.

 

Mary Sanderson has found the house of her Master (the Devil… or at least a man dressed as the Devil for Halloween) and has proceeded to grab the remote control and a bowl of cheese snacks.

 

 

Now, while I liked the first wave of Sanderson Sisters better, I do enjoy these Pop! Vinyls and sculpts. Hocus Pocus ranks at the top of not only my Halloween film list, but also my favorite films list, period. I love how Disney has embraced this movie in recent years, creating merchandise and even adding the Sanderson Sisters to the Halloween festivities at Walt Disney World.
