Pop! Review: Disney Parks’ Rocket Raccoon (Mission Breakout)

Today, I take a look at one of the Funko releases celebrating the Guardians of the Galaxy- Mission: Breakout! attraction at Disney California Adventure theme park in Anaheim, California. Hatching a plan to make sure the Guardians escape the grasp of The Collector, here is everyone’s favorite “trash panda”… Rocket Raccoon.

In the pre-show queue to the ride, Rocket appears in audio-animatronic form explaining how the guests will help him get the Guardians to escape. At the end of his “briefing”, he grabs Quill’s walkman to return to him. This is the moment where Funko captured Rocket.

Tobe perfectly honest, this is not one of the Disney Parks Pop! Vinyls that excite me. However, since he is part of the collection (one of only a few I am still trying to be complete with) and he was on sale a few weeks ago on the ShopDisney.com website, I decide to pick him up. I am happy that I did, as he does go well with The Collector’s Gold Statue Pop! that came out earlier for the ride.
