EA Play Members To Get Exclusive Star Wars: Squadrons Cosmetics

EA has announced some special bonus features for their upcoming game, Star Wars: Squadrons, that will only be available to members of their new EA Play subscription service.

Members will get access to some special cosmetics including paint job sets for pilots and starfighters for both the New Republic and Imperial factions.

The EA Access and Origin Access subscription game services have been renamed from  August 18th.  EA Access and Origin Access Basic will become EA Play, and Origin Access Premier will change to EA Play Pro.

EA Play is priced at just $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year! Here is what’s included:

  • Unlock exclusive challenges and rewards, member-only content, early trials of new releases, and access to a library of top titles.
  • Play select new-release games for up to 10 hours even before they launch.
  • Get more to play with unlimited access to a collection of Electronic Arts’ fan-favorite series and top titles.
  • Save 10%* on all EA digital purchases on Xbox One including game downloads, Season Passes, points packs, and DLC.

Star Wars: Squadrons is available now for pre-order* and lands on retail and digital storefronts on October 2 for $39.99 on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.  EA Play subscribers can enjoy up to 10 hours of play time at launch, along with 10% off the purchase of the full game.
