Review: Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge Black Series- R5-P8 (Target Exclusive)

For today’s review, I take a look at one of the Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge Black Series by Hasbro. Released this summer at Target stores (I am assuming because Disney shuttered their theme parks and the Galaxy’s Edge lands), this character is featured in the pre-show of the Millenium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run attraction. Here is Hondo Ohnaka’s Astromech droid R5-P8.

 

 

R5-P8 is quite recognizable due to his unique paint job. In Galaxy’s Edge, he is part of Hondo’s business venture, Onaka Transport Solutions… which is basically a “legal” front for smuggling, something that all of them are well versed in.

 

I am a BIG fan of Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge, so adding this piece to my Star Wars collection was a must. I only have a handful of Black Series figures, mainly because of limited space. However, I really like that Hasbro has teamed up with the Disney Parks in releasing figures from the theme park land.
