Review: Captain Marvel Toybox Action Figure

Happy New Year everybody! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season. As 2021 starts, I am looking forward to reviewing more great products that I gathered throughout 2020 and into the new year. Let’s get started.

 

Today, I take a look at one of the Marvel releases for the Disney Store Toybox line of action figures. From the hit Marvel movie released in 2019, here is Captain Marvel, along with Goose the cat.

 

Captain Marvel comes with multiple points of articulation and a swappable, unmasked head. Goose does not have any articulation, but comes with a mouth insert showcasing his inner monster (as he is actually a Flerken, an alien that resembles a cat here on Earth).

 

I found this action figure on clearance at my local Disney Store Outlet. While at full price I am not keen on picking up any of the Marvel Toybox action figures, if they happen to be on clearance, there is a better chance that I will grab it for my collection. I also have the Marvel Legends version of Captain Marvel. While that one has a closer likeness to actress Brie Larson, I still think this is a fun addition to my Marvel action figure collection (which is notably not that big).
