Disney Cosplay Invades Fan Expo 2022

Fan Expo Canada returned to its full glory this year as cosplayers, companies and vendors once again filled the halls of Toronto’s Metro Convention Centre for the 2022 edition of Fan Expo Canada, one of the biggest comic book conventions in North America.

While Disney themselves were absent from the festivities aside from a bench promoting the launch of She-Hulk, the halls of both buildings were filled with various Disney, Marvel and Star Wars cosplayers. It shows off how talented these individuals are with their craftsmanship.

Like past years, the main Disney princesses were the most represented in terms of cosplayers with some surprising new cosplays such as Encanto’s Bruno complete with bucket and dozens of Mirabelles filling the hall. There were a lot of Mandalorians, a lot of Deadpools and quite a few X-Men also at the convention.

I usually take more photos but the traffic kept me from attending the con on Saturday due to the immense traffic from the CNE and baseball games happening next door. It was still a blast capturing these Disney cosplayers during my time at Fan Expo.
