Host of Marvel Us Disney dies: Aaron Adam was producer for Jim Hill podcasts
Marvel Us Disney podcast host Aaron Adams died on November 29. Adams was also the long-time audio producer for Jim Hill Media podcasts including Disney Dish. Outside the Disney sphere, Adams hosted a podcast on the advertising industry, 32nd Street.
Adams’ name may be most familiar to listeners from the amusing small town events co-host Len Testa would claim he was attending, at the event of Disney Dish episodes.
On X, formerly Twitter, Jim Hill confirmed that he and Testa were working on a way in which fans could express their sympathy to the family. He noted that it’s “obviously a difficult time for Aaron’s immediate family and his close circle of friends in the Indianapolis area,” and so they were waiting a respectful period.
Adams and Hill had recorded an episode of Marvel Us Disney on November 21.
According to Linkedin, Adams had worked as a production director for Citadel Broadcasting from 1995 to 2004, producing advertisements, moving to WABB radio from 2005 to 2009. He was a traffic reporter for eight radio stations and one television station from 2009 to 2015. His audio production company, AZAProd, began fifteen years ago in 2009.
The death was mentioned at the end of the December 4 episode of The Disney Dish with Jim Hill.
A selection of tweets remembering Adams, including from Ron Gold, co-host of 32nd Street:

Oh man, I'm absolutely heartbroken for his friends and family. Being from the Flint area I always loved it when he threw out a reference for Flint. I was never a Marvel fanatic, but always enjoyed your discussions. ❤️ to everyone that knew and loved him.
