All-New Wolverine #31 Review

Issue 31 of the All-New Wolverine is a one shot story that focuses primarily on Honey Badger (another Wolverine clone) as she tries to help the animals being tested on at a laboratory which Johnathan The Actual Wolverine was created in.  She doesn’t do it alone, as she calls in Deadpool to help her out, rather than turning to Wolverine.

This is a great issue with some fun moments involving Deadpool, that had some laugh out loud moments.   Each hero interacts with one another in a different way and this group works so well together, feeling like an odd ball family.

The Artwork does the story justice, its simple but effective, since it’s light and colourful.

Being a one-shot, it’s a nice single story that acts as a good palette cleanser between larger arcs and while it might not be a traditional “Saturday Morning Cartoon” (no network would show it!), it has that feeling of a bit of fun.

OVERALL:

All-New Wolverine #32 is a really enjoyable issue, its full of fun, action and that feeling of family.  This is a great issue for anyone to pick up, as it’s exactly what a one shot should be, one solid story that anyone can jump in on.
