Walt Disney Company Signs Deal With Ukrainian Startup UGears

For the first time in 22 years, Disney agreed to place another brand at Disney Store shelves.

This November, UGears mechanical wooden self-propelled models will be available in 700 Disney Stores and Disneyland parks all over the world.

The entertainment giant turned to UGears in 2017; it took 8 months to sign the deal. UGears passed a rigorous audit with about 400 strong requirements.

UGears was founded in 2014 in Kyiv, Ukraine. UGears creates wooden mechanical self-propelled models, working like their real prototypes. They are natural, made in Europe from high-quality wooden materials, ready to assemble without glue or any tools, and move without batteries.
