Disney Infinity 2.0 PS Vita PS4 Remote Play Details
Ahead of Disney Infinity 2.0 being released on the Playstation Vita, I recently picked up a portable console and wanted to share how the remote play from the Playstation 4 to the PS Vita worked.
In this video, I demonstrate how the PS4 version of Disney Infinity 2.0
As the PS Vita is just streaming directly from the PS4, there are a few drawbacks such as any character, power disc or play set piece placed on the base will be the only items you would be able to use. And also with the PS Vita not having 4 shoulder trigger buttons, it can be a little harder to use those buttons through the touch buttons on the back of the console.
Overall, the PS Vita Remote play experience is very responsive and a great feature that allows access to the game and I’ve been using it for playing through toy boxes and testing my own toy boxes. However it takes a little practice getting used to the touch buttons for the trigger items. Overall, it was a much more easier control method than on the iPad and makes me very excited about seeing the full PS Vita version in May.
Have you used the PS Vita Remote play experience with Disney Infinity?
