A Look at Jim Shore’s Design Process

It’s not often you get a look behind the design process of many of your favourite collectables, but Jim Shore has given that chance with some of his artwork for one of his Disney Traditions.

Starting with his pencil sketch, this depicts one of his latest releases , Sweet Farewell, featuring Snow White and one of her Seven Dwarfs, Dopey

He then moves on to colouring that sketch to decided the colours that will be used and to embelish all the details on the figure.

This will then be passed on as the final product.
