Is A Princess & The Frog Tsum Tsum Collection Coming Soon?

A new Tsum Tsum has been listed on a Chinese eBay seller and it appears as if Dr. Facilier is coming soon and it could be a sign we could be getting a Princess and the Frog collection at some point.  Though the listing is for a “Pirate of the Caribbean” Tsum Tsum, it looks like Dr Facilier.
