EA Gives Update On Future Star Wars Games
Ahead of this years E3 event, EA’s Group General Manager Motive Studios and Visceral Games, Jade Raymond, gave an update on the current Star Wars video games.
First up Motive Studios now have 65 industry veterans and they are adding more each week. They are beginning their journey with a Star Wars game, and exploring ideas for the original IP. Which Jade said “It’s really quite amazing to be a part of, and I can’t wait to be able to share more details about Motive’s projects.”
While over at the Visceral Games, they are forging ahead into an exciting phase of development, adding “Seeing Amy Hennig lead this team through the creative process has been incredible. She is a rare breed of storyteller, and she’s collaborating with the creative leaders at Lucasfilm to tell a new, authentic Star Wars story. Backed by the talented Visceral team, Amy and studio GM Scott Probst are taking this project in groundbreaking directions.”
They will be planning on sharing more updates in the months ahead on EA’s Star Wars games, so hopefully at E3 we get a sneak peek at some upcoming Star Wars games from EA.
