Could Sprinkles Heading To Downtown Disney?

It looks like the popular Sprinkles Cupcakes could be heading to Disneyland’s Downtown Disney as a building permit has been filed with the City of Anaheim, to take over part of the former Quiksilver building. Sprinkles sells a selection of cupcakes, cookies and ice cream.
