Sneak Peek At Stargazer Lounge At Planet Hollywood Observatory At Disney Springs

Disney have released some early details and concept art for the new re-imagined Planet Hollywood Observatory in the Town Center at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World.   While the location will still feature a movie themed, it’ll now be focused on the star spangled in the sky as it is now themed as a turn-of-the-20th-century observatory.

While the food and drink menus haven’t yet been revealed, two new cocktails have been announced, The Observatory and the Sparkling Sputnik.

The Observatory is a sweet sip with with Stoli vodka, tangy Limoncino Bottega, Monin Peach Tea and an infusion of bubbles from Maschio Prosecco. The effervescent Sputnik combines prosecco, sparkling water, fresh lime juice and fragrant mint leaves.
