Blizzard Beach To Close On 8th & 9th September Due To Hurricane Irma

With Hurricane Irma heading to Orlando, Florida, later this week, Disney have closed Blizzard Beach on Friday 8th and Saturday 9th September due to the bad weather.

With the Hurricane on route to hit Orlando on September 10th, it isn’t yet clear when the park will reopen after the Hurricane as passed through.

Disney is still listing Typhoon Lagoon as open throughout the week, but things could change at any time.
