Is A LEGO Incredibles 2 Video Game Coming This Summer?

If the current rumours are correct, a new LEGO video game based on the upcoming Incredibles 2 movie could be heading to consoles this summer.  Sources linked to Warner Brothers have told ComicBook.com will be tied into the new movie, which is hitting cinemas  on June 15h, 2018.

No details have yet been revealed, but it wouldn’t be a surprise if certain parts of the original movie are also included in the game.  As a catalogue showcasing Incredibles 2 LEGO sets and a video game had leaked in August 2017 and was pulled from the internet after a DMCA claim.

This would be the first Disney LEGO game since Pirates of the Caribbean and this would be the first ever LEGO game to be based around a Pixar property.

I had previously said on our Podcast that a Incredibles 2 tie in game from former Disney Infinity creators Avalanche could have been working on a new game, using the Infinity engine, but rumours have been suggesting they are working on a Harry Potter game.  I also wouldn’t be surprised if the LEGO team are working on a Star Wars game based on The Last Jedi, as their Force Awakens game was released months after that was released.  Other rumours state LEGO is also working on a DC Video game featuring Batman.
