Star Wars: Black Series: Scarif Stormtrooper Squad Leader Action Figure Review

Recently I picked up my first ever Star Wars Black Series figure, the Scarif Stormtrooper Squad Leader.  This figure stands 3.75 inches tall, though there is a large version available.  This figure comes with a base and accessories, and is all wrapped up in a blister packaging.

OVERALL: I was impressed with the level of detail on this action figure, especially considering its only 3.75 inches tall.  I love how the figure has a dirty sandy look, it does look like its been out in the garden, playing in the sandpit.

The figure has a plenty of movement and offers lots of posing positions for adult collectors, but I’d recommend checking out the larger 6″ version if your planning on displaying this.  This size figure is much more suited for play, but that extra detail does push up the price, especially compared to the cheaper Star Wars action figure line, but I’d recommend going for this series, because its just superior.

Though I’m sure just getting one of these figures won’t be enough, making Stormtrooper armies is always great fun, not just for display but for play, when you need to raise the “danger” for your heroes.

Compared to the Star Wars figures I used to play with, this is at another level and has certainly sold me on checking out more of these Black Series action figures.
