New Kingdom Hearts 3 Details Revealed

Square Enix have held a special Kingdom Hearts 3 premiere event in Los Angeles today, where some fans and press were able to get their hands on the game, where they got to play some of the levels including Toy Story and Hercules themed lands.

At the event, Kingdom Hearts Director Tetsuya Nomura said:

I won’t tell anything today (laugh). But, we plan to announce it earlier next month. There are many people and companies involved in KHIII, we are currently doing the final adjustments.

So a release date announcement could easily be announced during E3.

Other details revealed include the addition of Wreck It Ralph as a summon, while some story aspects of the Toy Story Land see a Young Xehanort invading and it’s revealed that he has split the world in two to better understand how Hearts work.

Upon arriving at Galaxy Toys, Young Xehanort somehow turns toys to life, and of course they are evil toys. Hamm is eventually kidnapped by a possessed Doll and there is a quest line to defeat the doll to rescue Hamm.
