At Least 3 Disney Stores in UK closing, some as soon as today

The closures just keep on coming, and now, Disney really isn’t even giving advanced notice.

Where there tends to be at least three weeks notice before store closings in the United States and Canada, at least three stores in Britain are known to be closing within the next eight days. Stores were only notified in the last few days. Disney has yet to even update

One of the stores known to be closing is at Bromley’s The Glades Shopping Centre. One of the original stores in the United Kingdom, it opened on April 12, 1992, the same day as Euro Disney. (The French theme park is now known as Disneyland Paris.)

Earlier this year, Disney Store closed locations at Intu Watford, Warrington’s Golden Square Shopping Centre, and Aberdeen’s Bon Accord Centre. It closed a location at Edinburgh’s The Gyle in March 2020.
