Disney100 Pop-Up Shops Arrive in Australia

Westfield malls in Australia are getting pop-up Disney stores for the company’s 100th anniversary. The first store in the chain opened today, March 14, at Westfield Bondi Junction, and will stay open until May 14. It will tour selected Westfield malls in New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland.

This isn’t the second coming of Disney Store, unfortunately. The first store is a unit in the middle of the mall corridor. But nevertheless, I’m sure most Disney fans worldwide would welcome this sort of thing in their community.

From video posted by Instagrammer diaryofdespina, it looks like the shop has a wide range of merchandise including clothing, Loungefly bags, stuffed toys, ears, ornaments, vinyl figures, and nuiMOs. Many of the items are Disney100 branded.

The pop-up shops are run by Alquemie Group, with operates LEGO stores in Australia and New Zealand, as well as National Geographic stores.
