Additional Details For Disney’s Lorcana Archazia’s Island Expansion Announced

Ravensburger has announced new additional details on the upcoming instalment of the wildly popular Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game called Archazia’s Island. In this new set, friendly pets abound and illumineers uncover an ancient secret.

This new set will introduces Dual-Ink Cards and also characters from Disney’s The Aristocats, Lady and the Tramp, and Bolt.

The new Dual-Ink cards will feature two ink colors and allow for more powerful effects, showcasing the synergy between types.  These new Dual-ink cards can only be used in decks with the matching two ink colors.

The new set will continue to build upon the lore of the game, with the introduction of lore cards, which will include story text added to the reverse-side of Disney Lorcana TCG’s puzzle cards to create new Lore Cards.

Each booster pack includes one of 20 randomized Lore Cards.  When all cards are collected, players are able to read the whole story and piece together two incredible art pieces.The inclusion of lore cards will not impact playable card slots in the booster packs.

After the Illumineers and glimmers took to the seas questing for knowledge of how to fix the Great Illuminary, they landed on a mysterious island. The Illumineers are welcomed by the enigmatic Illumineer, Archazia, who has protected her island fortress since ancient times. Now it is a place where Illumineers can learn the ways of dual inkcasting and test their skills on the island’s many obstacles and training courses.

The new set will go on sale on March 7th at Local Game Stores/Select Retail Locations at Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort and Disneyland Paris.

It will then go onto be sold at Mass Market and Online Retailers such as Target, Walmart, Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, Barnes & Noble, FYE, Hot Topic, Ravensburger.com, shopDisney.com and select Disney stores from March 21st.
