Singapore: Disney’s Newest Cruise Ship Experienced at Airport

Asia is getting its first Disney Cruise Line ship next March, and the hype is building. Oddly but also appropriately, the special promotional experience is in an airport! If you’re into travelling by plane, you might also take a cruise.

Themed displays are coming to both Singapore’s Changhi Airport and its nature-themed entertainment and retail complex, Jewel Changi Airport.The new ship, Disney Adventure, will be represented by a 6.5-metre ship in the Departure Hall, photo spots surrounding it, and Duffy and LinaBell statues in the Jewel’s Petal Garden, based on Disney Adventure stage show Duffy and the Friend Ship.

The water feature in the Petal Garden, the titular Jewel, plays host to a twice-nightly light show from November 5, to January 4 2026.

There’s also activities, a carnival, a stamp collecting game, and exclusive collectibles. Starting this Saturday, and continuing every weekend until December 14, there’ll also be meet and greets with Disney characters.

The merch is being billed as Singapore’s first Disney Store, albeit a pop-up.

It’ll be interesting to see if this promotion travels around Asia or further. Disney Adventure is a massive ship, so they need to fill many more thousands of cabins than a traditional Disney Cruise Line vessel, so I get why they’re going full tilt into promotion.
