Make & Take LEGO Star Wars at Toronto Convention

Fan Expo Canada continues until Sunday, and one of the new corporate booths this year is LEGO. The company has leaned heavily into their Disney, Marvel, and Star Wars lines for their interactive booth.

Among the booth offerings, there is daily “make and take” sessions. Saturday morning is Chewbacca, and afternoon Darth Vader, followed by Yoda on Sunday. Princess Leia and Han Solo were the weekday features.

LEGO brought a portion of their display from San Diego Comic Con, including the interactive R2-D2. As Metro Toronto Convention Centre is a bit of a bunker, with spotty mobile signals, it would be curious to know how many visitors actually made him whir.

Some recent and featured releases were on display in cases around their spot.

It wasn’t all Disney, Marvel, and Star Wars. This Sonic anchored one of the booth’s corners.
