Star Wars Battlefront Battle Of Jakku Expansion Pack Out This Week

EA will be premiering live from London tonight via Twitch, gameplay of the new Battle of Jakku, free DLC expansion pack for Star Wars Battlefront.

The Battle of Jakku takes place 29 years before Star Wars™: The Force Awakens™ in the aftermath of the Rebel victory in the Battle of Endor – the pivotal moment when the New Republic confronted key Imperial holdouts on a remote desert planet.

The Expansion Pack is available for free for all players and is available to people who pre-ordered the game from December 1st and then available to everyone else from December 8th.

The Battle of Jakku was created through a collaboration between DICE and Lucasfilm, and will include two maps set on Jakku as well as a new mode, Turning Point, a vast Star Wars Battlefront game mode for 40 players.
