EA are releasing Star Wars Battlefront today in North America and EA CFO Blake Jorgensen was speaking at the UBS Global Technology Conference in San Francisco and explained that EA’s 10-year licensing deal with Disney for the Star Wars license will result in multiple Star Wars games including Battlefront sequels plus other titles in different genres and on different platforms including consoles and mobile device.

Our goal is to make future Battlefront games as well as other style games around the Star Wars franchise, both on mobile as well as console and PC. It’s a huge opportunity for us.”
