Possible Jungle Book Tsum Tsum Discovered

Could we be seeing a new Tsum Tsum collection based on the Jungle Book soon?  This photo of what looks to be either the Raksha the Wolf Or Baloo the Bear. With the upcoming live action version of a movie coming out in April, a tie in with that movie would make sense.
